Similar to the demands faced by touring professionals, workers in the TV/Film industry endure physical and mental demands that leave little room to leverage their profession with a healthy lifestyle. Lengthy hours on set only allow for limited free time. That time is usually spent with family, catching up on their to-dos, or getting much-needed rest.

The Solution:

FIT on SET (FoS) provides a space for workers facing unique challenges to accessing health and wellness resources. Using the rigors faced by the production side of TV/Film-making, FoS provides coaching services and access to a wellness community on-the-job. Resources include a digital package of exercises, both physical and mental, for production professionals to utilize in between takes and other tasks.
